Welcome!

Our mission is to prevent athletic injuries, to care for those injuries that do occur, and to work toward complete recovery from the injury through rehab. The Certified Athletic Trainers coordinate the day-to-day supervision of all aspects of the health care services, and all matters of injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and medical referral should be channeled through them.

YOU should immediately report all injuries and illness to the athletic training staff. If YOU need to be referred for medical care or have time-lost from practice and/or games, then you must be “medically cleared” for return to activity. Clearance for practice and games is the prerogative of the athletic training staff, not the coaches.

SPORTS MEDICINE/ATHLETIC TRAINING PERSONNEL
Three certified athletic trainers are on staff and are responsible for specific team coverage. Our team physician is Dr. Maurizio Cibischino, MD a highly trained and skilled Orthopedic Surgeon from Mountain Valley Orthopedics.

New Injury Evaluation (20 min)

Select this option If you have a new injury that has NOT previously been evaluated/treated.

Injury Treatment (15 min)

Select this option if you require a hands-on treatment. (Ice, Heat, E-stim, Ultrasound, Friction Massage etc.)

Rehab Exercises (15 min)

Select this option if you plan on completing an already established rehab exercise program. (duration may be more of less than the 15min for booking purposes only)

Private Consultation (20 min)

Select this option if you have a private or personal matter you would like to discuss with the AT

Progress Note/Return to Play Evaluation (20 min)

Select this option if you are scheduled to return to play or have a docotrs appointment coming up. The outcome of this visit will be a progress report for your doctor.
